Through the album's 8 tracks, we hear, as expected, a huge display of technical proficiency. Petrucci practically
does everything possible with his guitar but still leaves room for the rest of the band and it's obvious that he choose melodic
lines instead of guitar pyrotechnics.
A very likeable recording not only for Dream Theater fans, but for everyone that likes guitar playing but
that's bored of the Vai/Satriani clones.
